Lake Erie Panthers Hockey
OUR PROGRAM
The Lake Erie Panthers Hockey Club (LEPHC) is a part of the Euclid Youth Hockey Association, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We have been a member of the Cleveland Suburban Hockey League since 1976. As an independent, volunteer-driven, hockey club, LEPHC receives no public funding and subsists on player fees and fundraising alone.
All Lake Erie Panthers Hockey teams play in the Cleveland Suburban Hockey League, under the Mid-Am Hockey district, and are an affiliate of USA Hockey.

The USA Hockey Registration fees are listed below. The Affiliate fee (if applicable) varies by Affiliate. If a participant plays and coaches, he/she pays only one registration fee.
